START NOW Breast Heath Program is a community based breast health awareness and patient navigation program servicing East St. Louis and surrounding communities in Illinois. This culturally competent program is designed to adapt the communities' social determinants of health, reducing barriers, to access of care, financial issues, transportation, and increase the number of females 40 and older receiving mammograms and breast cancer treatment. The Start Now Breast Health Program provides financial assistance to the uninsured and the underinsured they serve, while treating the patients with the care, professionalism and the respect as they navigate through the healthcare system and the continuum care.

Xilin Association

The mission of Xilin's BHOP program is to diminish disparity in breast health care among Asian women. We provide education to raise the level of awareness, we assist women without insurance to access to free mammogram screenings, and we offer translation and transportation service to women in need to access the public service. Our service areas include DuPage, Cook, and Will counties.
